Service and Repair Classes

Service classes are available to all current RKI Distributors and have been designed to provide a high level of technical training to enhance the abilities of service personnel who are responsible for maintaining and calibrating RKI products.

2026 Schedule:

Onsite Classes

Onsite classes are held in a classroom environment with hands-on training by instructors at the RKI Headquarters.
Location: RKI Headquarters in Union City, CA.

June 23-25, 2026 – Full Technical Service Training $500

Location: RKI Gulf Coast Office, Deer Park, TX.

Online Class

Online classes are live interactive webinars presented by RKI instructors using Microsoft Teams meeting software. (Complete course including Portables and Fixed Systems) $250 per student

October 13-15, 2026

This class requires use of Microsoft Teams meeting software and a good internet connection for live streaming of presentation during the scheduled time (TBA)

Remote Onsite

Remote Onsite classes are held in a conference room environment with hands-on training by RKI instructors at remote locations. (Complete course including Portables and Fixed Systems) $975 per student
