This course is designed to equip sales professionals with the knowledge and skills to confidently sell fixed gas detection systems by combining technical understanding with effective consultative selling techniques. Participants will learn how to ask the right questions to uncover customer needs, site challenges, and safety objectives.
The training provides an overview of RKI fixed system products, covering both wired and wireless solutions, and explains how to position each based on application requirements. Attendees will build credibility by developing the foundational technical knowledge required to function as trusted technical resources, including what sales professionals must know to support customers and engage engineering and installation teams.
Participants will also become application experts, gaining insight intro critical concepts such as vapor density and hazardous (explosion) area classifications, enabling accurate product recommendations. The course addresses how to secure installation opportunities by navigating the full sales process, overcoming common objections, and positioning installation services as part of a complete safety solution.
The training concludes with an overview of 24/7 vision, demonstrating how continuous monitoring and visibility enhance customer value, strengthen long-term relationships, and support ongoing service and system expansion.
