This course provides an overview of gas detection requirements and solutions within the global semiconductor industry. Participants will gain insight into the size and geographic distribution of the semiconductor market, including an understanding of how the international nature of semiconductor manufacturing influences safety standards, operational practices, and supplier expectations.
The training explores where gas detection is used throughout semiconductor processes, highlighting critical applications where toxic, combustible, and specialty gases are present. Attendees will learn how gas detection supports safety, uptime, and regulatory compliance in fabs and supporting infrastructure.
